Ocho is an awe-inspiring, giant, inflatable octopus puppet with 8 fully articulated legs.
Operated by one puppeteer, this octopus is massive in scale for maximum impact in crowds and is easy to manoeuvre, enabling fun, spontaneous exchanges with the audience. Ocho’s skin and mechanisms are soft so the puppet is safe for children and adults to touch and interact with during performances.
Ocho also has a programmable LED lighting scheme for nighttime events. What’s more, Ocho travels easily, fitting into two regular flight cases.

Secure covered area for set-up away from the view of the public. Minimum 5m x 5m with vehicle access.
Once assembled Ocho can pass through a doorway with a minimum size of 180cm x 110cm
Maximum distance to performance space 100m.
